US EIN and banking readiness

A US Federal EIN, wherever your company is formed.

The IRS Employer Identification Number is the key for opening US bank and brokerage accounts, payment processors, US tax reporting, and SEC EDGAR and OTC Markets filings. Our US-based team prepares your Form SS-4 and files it with the IRS as your authorised third-party designee, then delivers your EIN confirmation letter (CP 575 or 147C, as issued). We handle the IRS application end to end, including for owners outside the US.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which countries can you register a company in?

Over 290 jurisdictions: UN member states, every US state and territory, the Canadian federal and provincial registries, UAE free zones and international financial centres such as the Cook Islands, BVI and Cayman Islands. We do not act in jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions. Featured jurisdictions show verified registry details; others are quoted at checkout.

What does “offshore” mean here?

International structuring: forming a company outside your home country for legitimate reasons such as holding investments, a neutral legal system, international investors or cross-border trade. Owners remain responsible for reporting and paying tax wherever the law requires.

Do I need a US EIN if my company is not American?

Not always, but it is usually required for opening US bank and brokerage accounts, payment processors, US tax reporting, and SEC EDGAR and OTC Markets filings. Our US-based team prepares your Form SS-4 and files it with the IRS as your authorised third-party designee, then delivers your EIN confirmation letter (CP 575 or 147C, as issued). Our fee is $99, and we handle the application end to end, including for owners outside the US.

What is included in the price?

Your order shows our service fee, the official government fee at cost, and each add-on as separate lines. Nothing is added afterwards without your agreement.

Can you help with an OTC Markets listing?

Yes, for eligible companies: OTCID, OTCQB and OTCQX listing consulting, with OTC Markets’ own fees billed on top. Every application is reviewed by OTC Markets Group.

Do you give legal or tax advice?

No. We are a company formation and corporate services provider, not a law firm or accountancy. Take independent legal and tax advice before choosing a structure.

Why do you need identity documents?

Registries and licensed agents are legally required to verify directors, shareholders and beneficial owners (KYC/AML). We cannot file until verification is complete.

Can you guarantee a bank account?

No. Banks decide independently. We can introduce you and help prepare your application, but no account is guaranteed.
